Game Description:
The aim of the game is to find a way to the distant horizon in the north, surviving through a bitterly cold world.
Warning, there is no volume control in the game. Though it should be at a reasonable level.
Controls:
- Arrow Keys to Move
- Spacebar to interact
- CTRL to sprint

This game was made for FletchFest 2024, organised by the wonderful FletchMakes.
This event lasted a week, though I essentially made this within 24 hours due to personal time constraints. Apologies if there are numerous bugs!
The theme of the event was "Wonder", and I had originally planned to have much more lore related aspects and artwork in the world to fit the wonderous theme but ran out of time. So instead of wondering about the game's world, you can wonder about what it could have been instead XD

24 hours is simply too short a time to explain such a well-thought game!!
The variety in the art as you traverse the level makes sure the player is never tired of the scenery. I especially loved the subtle color changes as you progress, and the difficulty was scaled well to be difficult but not overwhelming. I’m astounded you put this together so quickly! I only managed to get 4 of 13 fires but I hope to get them all soon!
